'No 1 for service.'
Phoned customer services enquiring about the product ,was promptly answered and was given a reply straight away. Ordered the item which was delivered the next day, as promised for free. That is service at its best.

'Generally good, but instructions lacking.'
Generally good, answered 2 email queries very quickly which allowed me to order.
Received my order very quickly with free delivery which is always a service I look for, however although your provider provide a tracker it is not very good and I could not plan my day. As a ref for you I recently used Ikea, who's tracking is second to none.
After opening the Stat, it looks good, but after looking at the used installation instructions I found them lacking, and had to go online to down load more comprehensive instructions.
