The service provided by Underfloor Heating was 'Excellent' in all ways. I have given 'Good' overall because I was told there would be next day delivery and, whilst kept informed all the time by the delivery company, the delivery took place the day after. A bit petty maybe but delivery next day could have been crucial - it wasn't in my case. I can see that in normal circumstances an Excellent would have been given.
Thank you for feedback. We are very sorry that you did not get next day delivery as requested.
Unfortunately the Christmas period was very busy this year and couriers really struggled. Our Customer services team ensure that all customers are kept informed of the timescale of deliveries as much as possible and we endeavour to keep our customers happy.
All feedback is taken on-board to ensure that we can continuously improve.
