Unfortunately base plates are different, so any old base plate would need to be removed regardless of the thermostat compatibility, although the connections are the same and compatible with your old DEVI 550. It is compatible, but the compatibility also refers to the existing floor sensor/probe.

hi a surface box should be sent with the stat . also a room sensor should also be sent as an option to the floor sensor . this stat was a replacement for he 520 unit which was installed 11 years ago by an in house electrical contracter not us . it was not possible to rep[lace the flooor sensor with the new one supplied as we had no acces to the sensor it is in the fllor bed in a condit for life . it works at present but can a room sensor replace it if it fails please let me know asap

Delivery was promised for Friday 6th. Nothing arrived. It was then promised for Monday 9th. I phoned the firm delivering and they had lost the parcel! It then arrived on the 10th. Not a major issue juts annoying.

Hi Jeremy Thank you very much for your feedback we try to use the very best logistics carriers for our products but very occasionally parcels go missing and have to be resent which seems the case in with your delivery.Obviously I apologies for this and certainly hope you are happy with your product now thanks again for your business.
